Vic Falls - Tsowa Safari Island

These trips are outsourced to a private company. Guests are collected from our private entrance to the Zambezi National Park and transferred to the town of Victoria Falls where they can view the splendid Victoria Falls, take high tea at the Victoria Falls Hotel and enjoy visits to the local curio shops and market.

A helicopter ride over the falls is highly recommended. The best time to visit Victoria Falls is during the high water season from January to early June, when the Zambezi River is at full flow. The Falls are however, a spectacular to behold year round. For the average holiday traveller, Victoria Falls provides an absolutely awesome experience, whilst for the adventure-seeker, this is the best time for white water rafting on the Zambezi.

For the even more adventurous, enjoy exhilarating activities at Victoria Falls which includes bungee jumping, kayaking, white water rafting, abseiling, river boarding, jet boating and helicopter rides.

Uniting to form the Seventh Wonder of the World, Zambia and Zimbabwe meet along the mighty Zambezi River. The mile wide Victoria Falls and Batoka Gorge offer spectacular views and walks. A central railway suspension bridge is the site of bungee jumping into the deep gorge.

The historic town of Livingstone, Zambia and the bustling town of Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe are connected by a 30 minute road transfer over this famous bridge. Aerial flights by chopper or light aircraft can be arranged in both towns, for unforgettable views and photo opportunities over the Falls.

Marimba street musicians may be heard at Victoria falls town. There are wonderful craft markets, colourful cuisine and friendly people to meet.

There is an entrance fee to the Rain Forest payable at the entrance. There is an extra cost if you would like to hire a private tour guide for the day, which will need to be booked with our Camp Manager. This activity is for children 12 years and older.
